Medical Nexus Letter Record Review
This is a service to provide a comprehensive chart review of all of your diagnosed conditions. This service is for Veterans who are filing a VA claim for a medical/physical condition. The types of documents you may qualify for include a nexus letter, DBQ, rebuttal letter, or specialty document. For the Nexus Records Review, this service is based on the medical records that are uploaded, and no appointment will be generated.
Mental Health Evaluation and IMO
This service is for Veterans who are filing a VA claim for a Mental Health condition and need an evaluation and independent medical evaluation connecting their mental health condition to their time in service. Documentation may be provided for initial, secondary, aggravation, and increase claims. Our team of licensed and professional providers will provide the following: - A thorough review of your medical records with a summary document that you can include with your VA claim submission.** - Independent medical opinion (IMO). - Assessment of a mental health condition/diagnosis (if warranted).

DBQs and Nexus Letters
Evidence to support your VA claim. Nexus Letters (IMOs) and DBQs do not require an appointment. Simply book, upload your documents, and one of our licensed professionals will be in touch to let you know if a medical document is warranted
Mental & Medical Evaluations
Receive a mental health or medical evaluation from one of our trusted, licensed providers. We conduct evaluations of 21 physical conditions, and can help you identify mental health condition(s) you may be living with.
Rebuttal Letters
Rebuttal Letters help to address incorrect or inaccurate statements contained within VA denial letters. Available for mental health and medical denials. These letters are exclusively available to clients who have received a denial letter for a claim for which we have previously provided support.

Will my appointment take place in person or online?
Truebridge offers true health services enabling veterans to access their medical evidence from any location at any time. Truebridge health evaluations assessments are conducted through online video calls, with appointment links sent a few minutes beforehand. Nexus Letter services, on the other hand, do not always necessitate appointments, but medical professional will communicate with you via secure portal for any additional information.
Do you take insurance or offer payment plans?
Truebridge does not accept insurance or offer payment plans at this time.
How long will it take for me to receive my documents?
Our average turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Turnaround time for Nexus Letter rush services is two(2) business days(please note that rush services are an extra $200 per document).

Telemedica provides telehealth services that allows veterans to access their medical evidence anytime, anywhere.Mental Health and Telemedicine Evaluations will be conducted online via video call.The link is sent a few minutes before the appointment.Nexus Letter services do not require an appointment.
